Soundmapping is the audio exploration of a location by listening to the sounds of a given area.
The German artist Florian Hüttner is exploring Limerick. He walks through the streets as a stranger
capturing the multitude of sounds he encounters like conversations on the street, traffic noise or
music coming from bars. Hüttner creates a sound collage that will be broadcasted as a radio feature
for Lyric.fm, West Limerick.fm and Wired.fm (3 different pieces for each station).
